Aerial 2D/3D Mapping and Surveying

Our drones are designed for obtaining centimeter-level geotagged imagery using photogrammetry for improved absolute accuracy on image metadata. These images are transformed into accurate, detailed 2D or 3D GIS rendered models that can be used to aid engineering projects, construction planning without the need to visit the site in person.

Knowing what is happening at your site is important. EDSC can obtain high quality 4K video and photos of a building, worksite or structure and deliver the results to be viewed by CEO’s or investors online from the comfort of their office. The flights are repeatable, and can easily be completed every few months to show the progress of a site, building or structure.

In 2016 it was reported that the AEC industry will become the largest users of UAV within the next five years. One of the largest general contractors in the US, Hansel Phelps, reported they found using drones to collect data is up to an average of eight (8) X more efficient than traditional man-hours. It also allows for more frequent collection of data as well as the possibility to collect data that would otherwise be too dangerous or expensive to obtain.
